UAE corporate tax is now real. This role is for someone who wants to run the accounting and tax function for a client book that treats compliance as a matter of professional pride.
You'll run monthly close and quarterly VAT for a portfolio of UAE clients, sign off on annual CT returns, and lead qualifying-free-zone-person assessments on the files where 0% is on the table. You'll build the review process, hire into the team, and set the standard for how Sonsoto talks to founders about their numbers.
You'll join a growing accounting team and take ownership of technical standards. We use a single reviewed close checklist per client, single-source workpapers, and written go/no-go decisions for filings. If a client's numbers cannot be signed off, we do not file — you have full authority to hold.
