Vietnam FDI setup is where market entry either lands cleanly or drags for months. This role is for the person who has done it enough times to see the traps before founders walk into them.
You'll take incoming founders from first call through operational company: IRC, ERC, seal registration, DICA account, tax code, and initial hires. You'll coordinate the Department of Planning and Investment, the tax office, and the founder's bank of choice, and you'll keep the founder informed in English throughout.
You'll work from our Ho Chi Minh City office with regular travel to Hanoi where the DPI file requires it. We use written notes for every decision, and we treat the ninety-day DICA deadline like a hard SLA.
